Apply for the 2018-2019 School Year!

Below please find the application form for the 2018 – 2019 school year.

All applications received by January 31st, 2018 will be equally considered. For any grade level where we have more applicants than spaces available, we will conduct a lottery to determine admission for that level. Applicants who are not chosen in the lottery will be placed on a waiting list and notified promptly if a space becomes available.

Students who submit applications after the deadline will be admitted if there are any remaining openings, or added to a waiting list in the order in which applications are received.
